New orders usually take about 2-4 days for processing. Shipments made within the U.S are usually delivered within 7-10 business days if the items are in stock. Out of stock items may take up to 6 weeks to be shipped. You will be notified when an item is out of stock.

Please let us know if your wear date is less than 10 days and we will be glad to work with you. There may be an additional fee for rush orders if expedited shipping services are necessary to deliver your items by your wear date.

We ship all over the world. Worldwide shipping options are available during checkout. Unfortunately, it is difficult to predict shipping times for international orders due to possible delays in customs. Typically, international shipping takes 7-14 days but may take longer. When ordering internationally, please order well in advance or contact us for expedited shipping.

Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot confirm if there will be a customs charge and what the cost would be. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the International buyer. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to avoid any unforeseen charges.

Returns and exchanges

We want our Bella Skye brides to be very happy with their purchase of the bridal headpiece. We take great care to ensure that all items listed are photographed well and described as accurately as possible to show the intricate details of each beautiful piece. Please read the description carefully, noting all details and dimensions.  In order to make sure that each bride gets a brand new piece at the best possible price, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges. 

We take great pride in our work and take every precaution to ensure our pieces are packaged well and arrive safely to you.  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to replace the damaged piece.
